ERGONOMICS ANALYSIS OF A WORKSTATION FROM CONTROL ROOM OPERATORS IN A COMPANY OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY SUPPLEMENT

This paper introduces an ergonomics analysis of control room workstations from the Integrated Operation Center of a company of electrical energy supplement from Pernambuco State, Brazil. It was used the Methodology of Ergonomics Analysis of Built Environment (Villarouco, 2009). It was carried out analysis of physical aspects of the work environment, including noise, light and temperature measurement, analysis of identified problems and analysis of user perceptions. The study concludes with suggestions of improvement of the workstation.
